Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 72 hours of placing the order, provided that the service has not already been delivered or initiated.

If your cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed within 15 business days and credited to your original mode of payment.
Refund Policy
We strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Refunds are available under the following circumstances:
Training Fee Refund
You are eligible for a full refund of the training fee if you have not attended any training sessions and one of the following applies:
The course you registered for is cancelled by Will2Skill Technologies.
The course is postponed by more than 90 days from the originally scheduled date.
Certification Exam Fee Refund
You are eligible for a full refund of the certification exam fee if:
You have not received your certification exam voucher or exam schedule (where applicable) within 30 days of the original payment date.
Refund Processing Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days from the date the refund request is received.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
Depending on your payment method, the following processing times may apply after the refund has been initiated:
Credit/Debit Card: Up to 15 days (subject to your bank’s processing time)
Bank Transfer: Up to 7 working days
UPI: Within 48 hours
