Refund And Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION BEFORE DELIVERY
Order once placed can only be cancelled within 72 hours from the placing the order, you can write to our customer support team on training@will2skill.com or call us on +91 8828849797 In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the money will be refunded to you within 15 business days after the cancellation request to your original mode of payment.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Will2skill, we do our best to ensure that you are completely satisfied with our services. And we are happy to issue a full refund based on the conditions listed below:

Learners are eligible for refund in below cases –
Training fee will be refunded in full, If you have not attended any training from us due to below reasons
Cancellation of the course you registered for.
Postponement of the course you registered for, beyond 90 days from the original course date.

Certification exam fee will be refunded in full due to below reasons.
You have not received certification exam voucher / or exam scheduled date (if applicable) within 30 days of original payment date.

Timelines for refund
Refunds will be processed within 15 business days from the refund request date.
All refunds will be processed on the original mode of payment.
Once the refund is processed from our side, below timelines may apply based on the mode of payment.
Credit / debit card – 15 days as per bank policy
Bank transfer – 7 working days
UPI transfer – 48 hours
