Can I request a re-evaluation if I fail?
The PSM I test does not include a re-evaluation option. If you fail the exam, you can retake it for free within 14 days of getting the key.
Is it possible to become certified without completing the PSM I course?
Without taking the course, you will not be able to obtain PSM I certification. True learning, according to Scrum.org, necessitates in-person/online training and hands-on experience with PSTs or authorised trainers. The PSM I test is not intended to replace formal training.
If I fail the PSM I certification exam, can I retake it? How soon do you think it will be?
Yes. If you fail the Professional Scrum Master exam, Scrum.org allows you to retake it. Within 14 days after receiving your key, you are allowed two attempts at no additional charge.
